This is a hip new fairly clean hotel providing immaculately clean and well laid out rooms. The staff are helpful and very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. It has very central location and in front of a tram station. When I am in Nagasaki, I like staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, transportation, cleanliness and staff. This hotel is conveniently located near the tram station and bus stop, which made it easy for us to travel around this city. It was also within walking distance of many of the city's sites, shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast was worth the price and very tasty, with more western options than Japanese.
Not obvious to find. This hotel had no major drawbacks, however, it was a bit difficult for us to locate at first.

The staff helped us with booking. The a double room was beautiful, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The beds here were large. It offered us marvellous and good location just next door to tram, shopping area, Chinatown, Glover park, tram and bus, and convenience stores. Furthermore, by an easy 15 minute walk from the train station...

Our stay at Hotel H2 in Nagasaki was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room was surprisingly spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and TV. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the quietness of the room made for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast, although primarily sandwich-based, offered enough variety to satisfy our hunger. we highly recommend Hotel H2 for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nagasaki.

Our Thanksgiving stay at the hotel was amazing! The breakfast buffet was unique and had great value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. we were able to do our laundry for free which was a great convenience. The location was perfect, with a nearby taxi stand that offered reasonable prices. We were able to visit many nearby attractions on foot. The room was also comfortable and cozy, with a comfortable bed and an amazing view from the washroom/shower.
While our stay was great, the rooms could have been a bit bigger. the price was a bit steep, but we definitely got what we paid for.

During my new year's stay, I was impressed with the thoughtful touches offered by the hotel such as the availability of amenities in the lobby, which was eco-friendly. The location was also ideal as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants, which made it easy for me to access all I needed. the hotel provided a dip in the rooftop public bath, which was relaxing and enjoyable.
That the rooms were small, which made them uncomfortable for an extended stay. the prices were slightly higher than other hotels I had visited.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
